SELLING WITH LOPHIUS

If you're interested in selling a piece of art:
1. Complete the form below (one submission per piece) or email Lophius directly (info@lophiusauctionhouse.com). Provide as much detail as you can, including photos. We may follow up with more questions.
2. Lophius will make a decision on whether to include your art in an upcoming auction based on a variety of questions, such as: is the art original, is it in good condition, will someone likely pay at least $150 for it (the starting bid price, but ideally goes up in price from there)?
3. You will be sent a seller contract and be asked to select a time to drop off the piece at the Lophius HQ in Maplewood. We will hold your art until it is included in the next auction (which you should attend!).
4. If your art sells, you get paid. If it doesn’t sell, you have the choice to take the art back or try again at the next auction.
